Shipping policy

At SILKAVA, every order is packed by hand and sent with care from our studio near Chicago, Illinois.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing time Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Carrier and delivery estimates Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on your address. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO and FPO addresses may take longer. Delivery estimates are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Address accuracy Please check your shipping address before you order. We are not able to cover the cost of orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at hello@silkava.com and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships, though we cannot promise a change once packing has started.

Lost or stolen packages Once your order is scanned as delivered, it is in the carrier's hands. If tracking shows delivered but you do not have your order, please wait 48 hours, since packages are sometimes scanned early, and check with anyone else at your address. If it still has not turned up, email hello@silkava.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you open a carrier investigation and make it right.
