Both are made from the same 22-momme, Grade 6A mulberry silk, so they match in color, weight, and feel.

Your hair glides across the pillowcase instead of catching, and your face slides over it rather than folding into it. The mask rests lightly over your eyes, softly shuts out the light, and slips off easily in the morning. When you travel, the pouch keeps the sleep mask clean in your bag.

No tricks, just a sweeter price: bought separately, the pillowcase ($88) and the mask with pouch ($60) come to $148. As the Noir Duo, they are $120.

What makes our silk different

• Grade 6A. Raw silk is graded by the length, purity and evenness of its fibers, and 6A is the top grade. Long, unbroken strands give a smoother surface that holds up to nightly use.
• 22 momme. Momme is the weight of silk. At 22 momme, there is more silk in every inch, for a soft, substantial feel that lasts.
• OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (No. 21.HCN.68112, Hohenstein): Independently lab-tested and meets strict limits for over 1,000 harmful substances.

• Both: Do not bleach or tumble dry.
